Robert Ford's "A Blues Bibliography" gives a 1961 release date for FA 2006 and FP 6 although the later is clearly in an early/mid 50's Category sequence - possibly there were unused booklets and sleeves left over from the earlier release which were reused. There is a release of this title which also has the FA 2006 Category but has a 1961 copyright date on the booklet and a different address on the label. Sleeve also has a different color slick and the booklet appears to be rectangular rather than square.
