This is the Get Back 'Rough Mix' from the acetate prepared by Glynn Johns in March '69. The music is pitched a little fast.
This is the bootleg that was released before the "Let It Be" movie and official album and obtained by WBCN Radio.
This version comes with a blank generic jacket with an 11" x 11" insert sheet with blue print, featuring photo from Help, track titles and "COMPATABLE FOR STEREO". Discs are plain white labels with no text print.
There are many different versions of this bootleg with different center labels and/or different cover art or stamped "KUM BACK" in various ways.
Average/good mono.
