Test Pressing, Numbered 4. If I recall correctly, when I bought this the seller informed me that this was limited to 7 and that the artwork for the sleeve was done by Mark McCoy. Sleeve appears to be originally for a 7" called Albany Style Hardcore 1999, but was spray painted over and a molar with a halo and the word "TEST" have been 'collaged' to the front. A silver painted music note is on the back left corner of the sleeve.Also, if you notice, the etching on the record has molar misspelled as "MOLER" Can't remember if the 31G or YA releases are the same or not, but thought that was pretty funny.
