Limited to 500 copies. White j-card with white printing on both sides.This mixtape was meant to act as a 'greatest hits of happy hardcore' for records released from 1996 to 1999.
The first 250 were released for free. Another 250 were sold my various U.S. mixtape vendors. Many tapes were sealed using a generic happy face sticker.
