This release has many revisions. Syngate were writing a changelog from August 2004 to February 2005. Version 1.4.1 was already made at least in September 2004. Version 1.5 appeared in February 2005 with new cover, later titled 2.0. Numbers in brackets are most likely sequence of copies. Log is below without any edits.
