45rpm pressing (though Stinky Bike mailorder advert said 'Plays At All Speeds').500 copies.
Most copies should come with the 'clean' one-sided yellow & black sleeve (see main picture), though an unknown amount of copies also have stuff wrote on by the band.
Some copies have a 'dirty' xerox sleeve which was on thin card as opposed to the thin paper the regular sleeve was printed on. One-sided again.
Some sleeveless copies sold by Taang! come with either a 7/7" piece of pink/red paper with 'The Sickness', etc, scrawled on in black marker, or a xerox of the regular sleeve on light green luminous or plain white paper. On these copies the 'CAUTION' part of the artwork is more central.

According to Big Daddy, some copies are packaged in a ziplock bag with "rubber vomit" enclosed!!!
