Gatefold sleeve, edition of 300 of which 100 reserved for museum Schunck in Heerlen, the Netherlands in conjunction with the exhibition 'Visual Vinyl' November 2015 - March 2016. This was a major exhibition based on the artists records collection by Jan van Toorn, curated by Harry Prenger.
