Notable only for the fact that this is the first vinyl appearance of Kevin Allin AKA GG Allin, on drums.Originally released without a cover. GG made a few handmade homemade covers for this release, and cut a circle into the center of the cover back during it's release in 1977, and the enclosed records were stamped "promo" in black ink. In 1993, Merle Allin unearthed a handful of copies of this 7" and made a 2 sided xerox cover, without the "promo" stamp.
