Notes
"On July 6, 7, 8th, 1973, The Fiddlers of Cape Breton presented the first Festival of Scotish Fiddling at Glendale, Inverness County, Nova Scotia. Over one hundred and thirty fiddlers participated over the three day program. This album features an afternoon finale with approximately fifty fiddlers and an evening grand finale when one hundred and two fiddlers participated in Cape Breton's largest-ever massed gathering of fiddlers. This festival evolved to disprove the Myth of the vanishing Cape Breton Fiddler. The album was Recorded live at St. Mary's Parish Ground, Glendale, Inverness County."A custom pressing of Inter-Media Services Ltd. for Festival Records.
