This is the 1962 stereo release, which was issued simultaneously with the mono release 4089 in October of the same year. The first pressing carried the "New York, USA" address on the blue/white center labels and no deep groove. Stamped in the dead wax are "RVG STEREO" on both sides with a cursive "P" to signify the fact that it was a Plastylite pressing.Other versions
