Unsettling and genre melding electronic music by Sonofapup. Choppy rhythms, unique melodies, probing low frequencies and unusual detail.'sɜrbərəs' is the phonetic spelling of the three-headed hound who is the mythical guardian of the underworld. Sonofapup, being a canine relation, was able to gain access to this underworld and these tracks are hypnotic transmissions from that place.
Sonofapup is the name given to solo electronic music projects by Sean Dower since 1995. 'sɜrbərəs' is the collected output between 2001-2003, with the added bonus track 'Drug' from 1997.
