Initial release copies had a yellow or blue sticker stating: "Imported Cover Special Very Limited Edition". Two differing historical explanations exist regarding the imported cover comment on the sticker (neither have ever been confirmed):
1) That the cover was possibly a UK printing that was sent to New Zealand as a sample confirming the (band authorised) colour template.
2) That all covers were made in New Zealand and the sticker related to a number of the first pressing that were exported for sale in Australia (though some of these too were still sold in New Zealand).
