Some additional info:
The catalog number ODECD 1972 only appears on the back of the booklet. Everywhere else shows D 38940. This would indicate that this is the Australian release of the CD version released as ODECD 1972 by Passport/JEM prior to the 1989 Rhino release. Passport went bust 6 weeks after they released it.
