Philippine original first 1993 pressing and one of the rarest for Madonna that is pressed around that time (when Warner Music Philippines made their own pressed CDs) for an old album to be issued for the Philippines. This first issue was derived then from the French issue as it still has the France WE 851 label code and LC 3228 distribution code at the back. Came with the original thicker jewel case and "Premium Price" round gold sticker situated at the right-side spine opening of the album.All songs are in a continuous sequence with the exception of the dub versions.
