Mathias Heise Quadrillion is very much inspired by the fusion genre, and has managed to create a truly different and very personal, contemporary expression on the band's debut album ‘Sudden Ascent’.The album contains original, own compositions that combine the refined harmonies and melodies of jazz with hard-hitting beats, jazzy harmonica, vibrating rhodes, equilibristic electric guitar, thumping electric bass, and - last but not least - a poetic bouquet of spoken word to complete the unique sound.
